Privacy notice

Current release

FindOne Global runs on Cloudflare Workers and uses a protected administrator area. Google Analytics 4 is configured with Google Consent Mode. Analytics storage is denied by default. The Google Analytics tag may load before consent in advanced Consent Mode, but it must not read or write Analytics cookies while Analytics storage is denied; Google may receive cookieless consent and measurement signals for basic measurement and modelling. The site remains usable when optional consent is rejected. Advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation remain denied in the current configuration.

Controller identity and ownership changes

The service is currently operated under the FindOne Global brand. The confirmed legal controller name, registered address and public privacy contact must be kept current and replaced when the project is transferred to its intended corporate owner. A change of ownership does not justify rewriting historical processing records; the controller record should instead document the effective transfer date and the new responsible entity.

Data processed

• Technical request and security information required to deliver and protect the service through Cloudflare.
• Theme, language and privacy preferences stored in the browser when requested by the user.
• Cloudflare Access authentication data for users who enter the protected administrator area.
• Consented GA4 measurement can include page/visit activity, session statistics, approximate location, browser/device information and interaction events generated by the site.
• Raw FIND.ONE search text is not intentionally sent to GA4 custom events or stored in FIND.ONE analytics aggregates. Contact names, email addresses and phone numbers must not be sent to Google Analytics.

Purposes and legal basis

Core delivery and security processing supports operation and protection of the service. Google Analytics Consent Mode may send cookieless consent and measurement signals while Analytics storage is denied. Cookie-based Analytics measurement is enabled only after Analytics consent and is used to understand aggregate traffic, product usage and interactions. Consent can be withdrawn at any time through “Privacy choices”.

Recipients and infrastructure

Cloudflare provides the Worker runtime, delivery, security controls, Access authentication and related infrastructure telemetry. Google provides Google Analytics 4 measurement under Consent Mode; cookie-based Analytics storage is enabled only when Analytics consent is granted. No Google advertising tag is enabled by the GA4 Measurement ID alone.

International transfers

Cloudflare and Google may process data through international infrastructure. The applicable provider terms, data-processing terms and transfer safeguards must be maintained as part of the service privacy register. The Analytics account currently uses the Google terms accepted for the actual account holder and must be updated or transferred when the legal owner changes.

Data minimisation

FIND.ONE does not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, precise location or raw user-entered search queries to Google Analytics. Google’s advertising-personalisation signals are disabled in the direct GA4 configuration. URL/query design must continue to prevent personal data from appearing in page URLs or titles sent to analytics providers.

Your choices and rights

Optional Analytics consent is off by default. Rejecting optional storage does not block access to FIND.ONE. Visitors can reopen “Privacy choices” from the footer and withdraw Analytics consent at any time. Subject to applicable law, individuals may also have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and complaint to a supervisory authority.

Changes

This notice is reviewed whenever GA4, GTM, Google Ads, Cloudflare services, partner sources, account systems, consent purposes or the legal owner materially changes.
