Privacy notice

Current release

FindOne Global is currently in an early production stage. The public search interface, Cloudflare-hosted application runtime and protected administrator area are active. Marketing tags, Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement are not enabled in this release.

Controller identity and contact

The service is operated under the FindOne Global brand. The formal legal controller name, registered address and public privacy contact must be inserted here before consent-based analytics, advertising measurement, lead collection or other non-essential personal-data processing is activated. We do not invent legal-entity details that have not been confirmed.

Data we currently process

• Technical request and security information required to deliver and protect the service through Cloudflare.
• Theme, language and privacy preferences stored in the browser when requested by the user.
• Cloudflare Access authentication data for users who enter the protected administrator area.
• Search text is not persisted by the V0.4.0 public interface. A live search and measurement backend will require an updated notice before retention is introduced.

Purposes and legal basis

Core delivery and security processing is limited to operating, securing and maintaining the service. Optional analytics and marketing are designed to rely on user choice and remain denied by default until they are deliberately enabled. Where consent is the applicable basis, it can be withdrawn through “Privacy choices”.

Recipients and infrastructure

Cloudflare provides the Worker runtime, delivery, security controls, Access authentication and related infrastructure telemetry. Additional analytics or advertising recipients will be listed here before their tags are activated.

International transfers

Where a provider processes personal data outside the EEA, the applicable transfer mechanism and safeguards must be documented before that processing is activated. The current site does not activate Google advertising or analytics tags.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions in applicable law, individuals may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent and complaint to a supervisory authority. A confirmed public privacy contact will be published before non-essential personal-data processing is enabled.

Changes

This notice will be updated when the search backend, first-party telemetry, GTM, GA4, Google Ads, partner data sources or other processing activities change materially.
